Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:

1/2kg boneless skinless chicken -cut into small pieces
3 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste
Coriander leaves chopped
1 Onion chopped
3tbsp of All purpose flour
1 Egg
1 Bell pepper cut into small pieces
Aginomotto - a pinch
Chilli powder, salt, balck pepper to taste(as you required)
2tbsp of Vinegar
10 Green chillies chopped
2 tbsp of tomato ketchup (or tomato plup)
2 tbsp of soy sauce

Preparation method:

1) Mix the all purpose flour, beaten egg, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder and black pepper to make a paste.

2) Add the chicken to the above paste and keep it aside for 45 minutes 3) Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated chicken.keep it aside

4) Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions, bell pepper, ginger and garlic paste, green chillies.

5)Then add the tomato ketchup,vinegar and soy sauce and fry it for some more time

6) Add the fried chicken pieces

7) Add the agin-o-motto and coriander leaves and serve hot
