Ingredients:
1 cup of finely grated jaggery
1 tsp ellachi
1 cup of rice flour
oil(or ghee) to fry
Preparation method:
1) Put thick bottom vessel on stove add jaggery into it, and add little amount of water to soak the jaggery.2) Then simmer your stove and keep stirring.
3) Add the ellachi powder to it.
4) As the jaggery in the vessel dissolves and starts boiling, slowly add the rice flour spoon by spoon.
5) Add rice flour until the mixture of jaggery and rice flour is soft and thick(if you add too much rice flour the mixture might become hard ).
6) To check whether the mixture is right enough just press in between your fingers and it should feel very soft.
7) Now bring down the vessel from the stove.
8)And heat oil (or ghee)in a frying pan.
9) Make round balls with the mixture and press them to the size of half your palm
10) fry them in oil(or ghee)
