   Australia has won the first test against India convincingly by 337 runs. Everybody expected that Indian batsmen will show some resistance atleast in 2nd innings, it looked that they were playing with some commitment in the first two hours even-though runs were not coming but before the Aussies splendid bowling it didn’t last any more and they were all-out after just making 161 runs. It was a very disappointing batting display by Indian batsmen. It hurts when you see a team which consists of world-class batsmen who has tons of experience and one of the best batting team in the world scoring such less runs. Definitely Kumble has some thinking to do and especially batsmen should change the approach they showed in 1st Test and its always very important when you play against Aussies you should play aggressively and everyone’s contribution is very important when you want to compete with a team like Aussies, as there is very little margin of error from Aussies.

On the other hand Aussies winning streak continues and this is their 15th consecutive win and 9th consecutive win in Melbourne Cricket Ground and thus lead 4-test series by 1-0. We hope that India play better in the second test and compete with mighty Aussies , India has the potential but the application is what required and the experience of Seniors in this time should definitely help them a lot. So, let’s wait until the 2nd test which starts from Jan2nd in Sydney.
