India has started well in the first Test started today in Melbourne. Ponting has won the toss and elected to bat and Luck wasn’t on India side and there were so many balls beaten, edges going in vacant slips and hence Aussies survived without losing any wicket until Lunch. After Lunch India continued their tight bowling and it paid off and they took 9 wickets of Aussies. At end of the 1st Days play Aussies have scored 337 for the loss of 9 wickets. India has finished the first day’s play very well and they would love to continue this performance with the same spirit through out the series. Aussies also know that if there is someone who can stop them then it is India. Kudoos to Kumble & Team on their first day performance.
