   India were all-out for 276 runs in the first innings with Lakshman unbeaten on 73. Tail enders of India except kumble due to some poor shot selection fell cheaply without giving much support to Lakshman at other end and hence India has only a minimal lead of 45 runs. The match is equally poised now and the team which playes better cricket in 2nd innings will emerge as a winner.

Pak is giving a good fight in second innings and were 212/5 at the close of 3rd day’s play with Misabul & Akhmal on the crease. Pak has got a good starting from openers and they were crusing to a huge score and then spinners introduction turned match some what into Indian side and they lost 4 wickets within a short-time and the crucial point of the match was when Jaffer dropped a dolly given by Misbah when he was at just 1 run in the bowling of Kumble. If he has taken that catch there should have been lot of pressure on Pak and India could have easily picked another 2 or 3 wickets before close of play. But, due to that drop chance, Misabul has made 30 Odd runs and is still in the crease and is looking very dangerous. Now everything depends on how well Indian bowlers bowl in the first session of 4th days-play. We hope for the best.
