    India is in great position to win 1st Test requiring just 36 runs of last day with still 7 wickets in hand and mainly Sachin & Sourav still in the crease with great touch. It was the all-round performance of India in both bowling and batting that made them to sit in driving seat and some magic should happen for Pak to come back into this game. The day completely belongs to India and mainly Ganguly who took 2 wickets early in the morning with the new ball especially of Misabul and played aggressivley in the batting and he was at 48 not-out with almost strike rate of 80 at the close of 4th day’s play. Wasim Jaffer also played briliantly for his 50 and his partnership with Dravid has given soild opening to India and reduced pressure on the midle-order. Dinesh Karthik has failed once again and was out in the bowling of Akthar. Akthar was the only one who bowled with some fire and also he took all the 3 Indian wickets that fell on the 4th Day.

Earlier in the morning Zaheer Khan bowled brilliantly and removed Tanvir & Akmal cheaply in his spell and Last 3 wickets fell by just adding 1 run and hence due to very poor shot playing Pak paid the Penality and couldn’t impose big score to chase for India and just managed to add 35 runs to over-night score and making things some what easier for India and thus India needed just 203 runs to win 1st test and with this Present position India should easily win the match in the first hour of 5th days Play itself.
