Ganguly’s excellent touch continued day-2 also and he made his 1st double hundred of his career and Pathan has given very good support to him and also reached his first century. So, it was the show of Left-Hand batsmen throught out the 2 days. With one more day belonging to India and due to Ganguly & Pathan partnership India were able to reach a massive score of 626. So, India finished their 1st innings for a score of 626/10. Pak started their 1st innings with some caution and have made 86 runs for the loss of wicket of Yaseer Hameed at the end of day-2 play. Pak has a very tough task ahead of them. If there was something that India should worry then it is failure of Dinesh Karthik once again and they should search for a new opening batsmen to pair with Waseem Jaffer. If there was any thing to rejoice for Pak then it is 5-wicket haul for Yasir Arafat in his debut test match.
